from the Village of Lombard, 2008
Following is an excerpt from the nomination letter...
My criteria for any person and business receiving the Customer Service award is one who is patient, honest, keeps in touch with all business transactions while confirming requests, quick with response time, makes her customer comfortable, and shows that she enjoys doing her job while being flexible and pleasant.
Lisa Kruss of Pet Photos is without a doubt the most patient, pleasant, honest and hard worker I have seen in Lombard, IL. She is always smiling when I see her and if she sees me outside her studio, she'll be sure to give me and my family a "hello!" She makes us feel as if we are a part of her family.
She also goes the extra mile to make us feel special when she is working with us in her studio. She makes sure we have plenty of time to take beautiful pictures to choose from (and, boy, does she take many!!) She is willing to let us stop for short breaks and provide refreshments before moving on. She doesn't rush us to get the job done. She stays focused on my family, making us feel like stars. While the order was being made, Lisa also kept me up to speed with the process and the progress.
Lisa Kruss of Pet Photos deserves the Customer Service award as she is a joy to do business with because she is patient, pleasant, efficient and flexible. Her finished photos show that she makes everyone feel comfortable, including the animals. Both my husband and I are always happy to refer people to her.
